The following is a list of known persons bearing the surname Coreman. The name appears to be most common amongst Canadians[1][2].

Thomas Coreman was a British soldier who served with the Durham Light Infantry Regiment during the First World War[3][4][5]. He enlisted on November 9, 1914[3], and was discharged on October 17, 1917[3]. Private[3][4] Coreman's official record lists him as being "A. Ros."[3], the "A." possibly meaning "Available" and the "Ros." being the military abbreviation for "Reduced Operating Standard."[6].

Another Coreman, Thomas served with the Western Command Labour Centre, and whose regiment number was 506151[7][a].

A "T E Coreman" appears in British documentation, and is listed as a casualty, killed in 1915.[8]

A Victor Frederick Coreman (Born in Woodford Halse) is known to be a casualty of the First World War[9]..
