Description
English: The Swann-Daingerfield House, located at 706 Prince Street at the corner of Columbus Street in Alexandria, Virginia, was built in 1802 by Thomas Swann, and purchased in 1832 by Henry Daingerfield, who enlarged it. It was the site of St. Mary's Academy from 1889 to 1943. The building was restored in 1978 by Mr. and Mrs. Hugh E. Witt. (Source: Sign on site)
