Summary

Description
English: The steam towboat A. B. Valentine. The steamer, originally named Santa Claus, was built in New York in 1845 for passenger and freight service between Kingston, New York, and New York City. In 1856 her passenger accommodations were removed and she was converted into a towboat, then rebuilt again in 1869 and renamed A. B. Valentine. The steamer was broken up in 1901.
