English: Nilupak is a Filipino delicacy made from mashed starchy foods, sugar, coconut milk, and margarine. The main ingredient for Nilupak can be cassava, purple yam, or plantain. The term nilupak means "mashed" or "pounded", from the Tagalog verb lupak.
