Fair use in Killer (Adamski song)[edit]
Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- The image of the cover of the single is used as the primary means of visual identification for the single, which is the main subject of the article over the two cover versions of the single.
- The low resolution of the image makes it ill-suited for use in the potential production of illegal copies of the single.
- The image is not used in such a way that a reader can convincingly be confused into believing that the article is written or authorized by the owner of the cover of the single.
- The image is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image.
