2. It doesn't limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the CD, by any means.
3. The image is itself a subject of discussion in the article or used in the infobox thereof.
4. The image is being used in an article of a single by B'z, a famous, notable and well-sold Japanese band. Also, the single has been charted at Oricon, an important producer of Japanese charts. Therefore, it may be considered significant.
