- Its use here does not limit the copyright owner's ability to market works by Baden Powell in any way,
- It is being used for informational purposes only, not for profit,
- Due to the high popularity attained by the late artist during his long performing and recording career, it is extremely dfficult to find any "free" images.
- In Baden Powell de Aquino, this album cover is an appropriate choice to illustrate the physical appearance of the artist.
