Description
English: It is a highly revered temple of Bagan. The Ananda Temple is a Buddhist temple built in 1105 AD during the reign of King Kyanzittha of the Pagan Dynasty. On the 900th anniversary of its construction the temple spires were gilded. Bagan, Pagan, Myanmar. A UNESCO World Heritage Site.
