Fair use rationale for Beyond My Control[edit]

1. No free equivalent is available or could be created that would adequately give the same information.
2. The image does not replace the original market role of the original copyrighted media.

5. The meets general Wikipedia content requirements.
6. The material is used in the article Beyond My Control and only in said article.
7. The material contributes significantly to the article by identifying the subject and by specifically illustrating a relevant section (the "Music video" section) within the text. This screenshot is not for decorative purpose, but it shows the style of the video, particularly the sexual and violent imagery therein. Precisely because of this explicit imagery, the music video was censored on many TV channels in France, contributed to make famous this video and was part of success of the song. In addition, this music video is the subject of a critical and sourced analysis in the article.

It is believed that the use of a limited number of low-resolution screenshots for identification and critical commentary on the music video in question where no free equivalent is available or could be created that would adequately give the same information, on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, qualifies as fair use under the copyright law of the United States.
