Summary

Description
English: Jumma Masjid is India’s first Mosque which houses the Quran written in gold. The central Mihrab on the western wall is inscribed with lines from the Quran. This inscription was completed in 1676. The hall, which holds the onion shaped dome, has 45 compartments.
