English: A BioTek MultiFlo FX bulk reagent dispenser, shown pulling from two 5L glass bottles, using two peristaltic pump rollers (only one of has tubing installed), two syringe pumps, and a destination 384-well plate. The installed peristaltic pump uses 8 separate runs of silicone tubing, to dispense into 8 tips. The installed syringe pumps use a single run of silicone tubing, check valves that are upstream and downstream of the pumps, and a manifold which distributes the liquid to 8 tips per each syringe pump. |
