Rationale: amateur photo taken by a user releasing it to PD to illustrate the game in question, allow easy identifications for potential customers, irreplaceable by free alternative (only one cover exists and this is it).

This image has been checked by a third party against the articles in which it appears. It meets the following fair-use criteria:-

• No free alternative possible
  • If this is a promotional image from the company, then any "user-supplied" image whose sole purpose was clearly to represent the same copyrighted box/item art (and nothing else, and with no significant artistic input- i.e. a "mechanical" reproduction, whether by scanner or camera) would likely have the same restrictions.
• Is being used to demonstrate the product and/or its marketing
  • Serves to demonstrate the product being discussed rather than being used in a solely decorative manner.
• Does not deprive company of ability to make money in any way
• Is not being used in misleading or misrepresentative manner

• Copyright in box-art and logo design likely held by Games Workshop, or the individual graphic artists responsible.
