English: Boikene, North Kivu, DRC- On November 22, 2021, Malawian women peacekeepers from MONUSCO celebrated the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women with local women and men in Boikene. The celebration marked the launch of the 16-day campaign of activism against gender-based violence, under the theme for this year of "Orange the World: End Violence Against Women Now," with orange as the unifying color of solidarity. Une célébration qui a marqué le lancement de la campagne de 16 jours d'activisme contre la violence basée sur le genre., sous le thème, pour cette année, de « Orangez le monde : mettre fin dès maintenant à la violence à l’égard des femmes ! », avec l'orange comme couleur unificatrice de la solidarité.
