Zentralbild-Junge 8.8.1964 Deutsches Armeemuseum in Potsdam Viele Tausend Besucher haben sich seit dem 1. März 1961, dem Tage der Eröffnung des Deutschen Armeemuseums in Potsdam bei Berlin (Deutsche Demokratische Republik), mit den fortschrittlichen militärischen und revolutionären Traditionen des deutschen Volkes, besonders der deutschen Arbeiterklasse vertraut gemacht. Daneben gibt das Museum einen umfassenden Einblick in das Leben und die Ausbildung der Angehörigen der Nationalen Volksarmee. UBz: Blick auf das Deutsche Armeemuseum, den ehemaligen Marmorpalast im "Neuen Garten". Davor eine MIG der Luftstreitkräfte der Nationalen Volksarmee."
