Summary
| Description |
English: Animation: Charge transfer in a three-phase CCD Function of a three-phase charge-coupled device (CCD). The charge packets (electrons, blue) are collected in potential wells (yellow) created by applying positive voltage at the gate electrodes (G). Applying positive voltage to the gate electrode in the correct sequence transfers the charge packets. Deutsch: Ladungstransfer in einem 3-Phasen Charge-coupled Device (CCD). Die Ladungsträger (Elektronen, blau) sammeln sich in Potentialtöpfen (gelb). Die Potentialtöpfe werden durch Anlegen einer positiven Spannung an darüberliegende "Gate"-Elektroden (G) erzeugt; d.h. die Elektronen werden durch diese Ladungen angezogen. Durch Anlegen der Spannungen in der richtigen Reihenfolge werden die Ladungspakete weitergeschoben. |
