Construída em 1910 para Antonio Bocchese como residência na parte superior e oficina de ourivesaria no térreo. Sua filha Joana Magdalena, conhecida como Neni, herdou a casa e nela instalou uma loja de objetos variados, inclusive religiosos, por isso ela ficou conhecida como a Casa da Neni.[1]
