Description
English: Cape Charles Memorial Library, Tazewell Ave. at Plum St., Cape Charles, Virginia. Built in 1900 as First Presbyterian Church, converted to Northampton Memorial Library in 1927, the first war memorial library in Virginia, renamed Cape Charles Memorial Library in 2009.
