Description Chilean Special Forces Sailors armed with a Heckler and Koch 9mm MP5-N sub-machine guns simulates maritime interdiction operations aboard the Chilean Navy Prat Class; Guided Missile Destroyer BLANCO ENCALADA (D 15), while underway in the Pacific Ocean on Aug. 26, 2006, during Exercise Panamax 2006. Panamax is a multinational training exercise tailored to the defense of the Panama Canal, involving civil and military forces from the region.
