English: Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea and Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines Huang Xilian pose for prosperity following the ceremonial turnover of 150 units of High-Flow Nasal Cannula Oxygen Therapy equipment with 300 sets of accessories at the Kalayaan in Malacañan Palace on October 21, 2020. Joining them are Presidential Assistant on Foreign Affairs and Chief of Presidential Protocol Robert E.A. Borje and representatives from the Department on Foreign Affairs, and the Department of Health. The humidifiers donated by Chinese Embassy in the Philippines will help ramp up the capacities of Philippine public hospitals and facilities in providing treatment to COVID-19 patients.
