This is a screenshot from the game "City Life." It was released by game developers as part of a fansite kit for promotional purposes. This kit can be found here: http://www.citylife.gameswelt.de/englisch/downloads/downloads.html#

The image itself illustrates the unique 3d camera overhead view of the game.
