Fair Use Rationale for Ralphie the Buffalo[edit]

It is believed that the use of this image falls under fair use for the following reasons:

1. The image is not replaceable, as the location of the home to Ralphie IV is purposely kept secret to prevent harm by rival schools, and the creation of a free image or discovery of one is not likely.
2. The image has been reduced in size and compressed to make a lower quality version than is available, limiting any possible re-use of this image
3. The use of this image is for educational purposes and is critical to the article because it shows Ralphie's home
4. The image's use does not prevent the copyright owner from making a profit from the image.
