Summary

Description
English: Right side of the MARS receiver. Notice how the receiver was cut down and electron beam welded back together. The lower receiver was cut in the front portion of the magazine well and the upper was cut just ahead of the fired cartridge case deflector. Notice the modified ejection port dust cover to accommodate the shorter ejection port. Credit: Christopher R. Bartocci from Small Arms Solutions (SAM).
