1. It is a low-resolution copy of a CD artwork;
2. It is a subject of discussion in the article.
3. It does not limit the copyright's owners to sell the CD in any way;
4. Copies could not be made to make illegal copies of the artwork or CD itself;
5. The image is significant because it was made by a renowned artist;
6. The image is used only in the article it is associated with.
