English: The C.C. Curtis family home and studio at the Comstock Mill at Big Stump in 1888. "Now in regard to my Stump Studio... Lee Robinson and his two sisters who lived north of Visalia several miles are on the right hand side. My wife [Maria] sat in the window just above them. I sat in the door with my small daughter [Cecile] between my knees." -- Charles C. Curtis
