Location: Gindie, Queensland Description: Five children from the Daniels family lined up on the one horse, travelling to school at Gindie in the early 1900s.
In 1861 Samuel Daniels sailed from the United Kingdom to Queensland and settled in Gindi. The family was involved in founding the Gindi School. The family still has become very large and still have a proud presence in Gindi. (Description supplied with photograph).
