Summary

Description Arms of Peter Denys (1760-1816) of The Pavillion/Sloane Place, Hans Place, Westminster, and Fremington, Yorkshire, husband of Lady Charlotte Fermor (1766-1835), a daughter of George Fermor, 2nd Earl of Pomfret (1722-1785) of Easton Neston. Arms: Argent, a cross patoncée gules between four fleurs-de-lis vert on a chief azure a greyhound courant of the field. (Burke, Sir Bernard, The General Armory, London, 1884, p.280). His son was Sir George Denys, 1st Baronet (1788-1857).
