English: Dish And Cover (England), ca. 1880
Description
English: A) Cylindrical hollow bell, straight-sided, flat topped. Molded with asymmetrical flowering branches in brown with red flowers, green and brown leaves, and with clusters of chrysanthemums. Top of bell contains similar ornament, with applied twig handle. B) Dish fitted to accommodate cover, on three feet, decorated at border with branches and blossoms.
