- The image is a low-resolution copy of a publicity photograph;
- The image is being used for informational purposes about the character of Daniel Jackson as played by Michael Shanks in the television series Stargate SG-1;
- No more free alternative exists or can exist;
- The use of the image in these articles will have no effect on MGM's commercial use of the image in question.
