Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	I looked in vain for a free photo, in various archives and picture repositories. While his works were published, the man was not photographed for public venues often.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	Image has been cropped heavily to minimize amount of original photo used.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	I am using a cropped section of the original photograph. It should not interfere with the value of the photo for the copyright holder because the larger uncropped image tells much more about the man and his work than this cropped version.
Other information	The subject of the photograph has been deceased since: 1941 None
