a. Horma española clásica, de cinco tantos de ancho por seis de largo. b. La cimera, es el yelmo español del Capitán Jorge Robledo [...] saliendo del yelmo, ramas de acanto a manera de lambrequines [...]. El escudo es cuartelado en cruz [...]. c. El primer cuartel, llamado también cuartel superior del jefe, tiene, sobre esmalte azur (azul), el retablo de nuestra señora de Copacabana la Virgen Fundadora, con su Niño Dios en su brazo izquierdo y en la mano derecha un cetro; Virgen reina, Virgen cósmica orlada de nubes, y con angelito que parece llevar hacia el infinito [...]. d. Segundo cuartel, o cuartel superior siniestro del jefe. Sobre gules (rojo) y en plata la espada del conquistador Gaspar de Rodas; en madera un haz de flechas [...]. La espada y las flechas, que no van entrecruzadas sino que apuntan hacia arriba [...]. e. Cuartel inferior Diestro del jefe, o en punta, sobre sinople (verde) en plata el cerro tutelar de la Tasajera, hoy cerro de Ancón frente a Comfama. [...]. Al pie del cerro hay un "campo bifloreado", es decir, de bifloras estilizadas [...]. f. Cuartel inferior izquierdo, siniestro del jefe. Sobre oro (amarillo) un yunque en sable (negro) y sobre él un martillo (ídem) con cabo de madera [...]. g. La divisa, que va inscrita en cinta policromada ondulada es: "FUNDADORA DE PUEBLOS" [1] [2]
