Eesti: Actinolepis magna Mark-Kurik media dorsale. Fossiilse rüükala (klass Placodermi) keha katnud paksu rüü fragment. Rüükalad kuulusid esimeste lõugsuuste kalade hulka. Nad ilmusid Siluri ajastul ning surid välja Devoni lõpus. Rüükala Actinolepis magna (selts Arthrodira) kivistunud rüüosiseid leidub Eesti Kesk-Devoni vanusega liivakivides. English: Actinolepis magna Mark-Kurik media dorsale. Fragment of dorsal armour of extinct armoured jawed fish of the Placodermi class. Placoderms were among the first jawed fish. They appeared in Silurian and became extinct at the end of Devonian. Actinolepis magna, which belongs to the Arthrodira order, is known from the Middle Devonian sandstone beds of the Baltic Region.
