This image, Fiesta 28 4 cover.jpg, is subject to copyright. I (Charmaine1997) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. it is a low resolution copy of a magazine cover;
2. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the magazine in any way;
3. the image on the cover is significant because it allows critical commentary on the magazine
