English: Municipal flag of Horosedly, Písek District, Czechia.
Čeština: Vlajka obce Horosedly, okres Písek, Česko.
List tvoří čtyři vodorovné pruhy, modrý, zelený, bílý a zelený, v poměru 16 : 3 : 2 : 3. V modrém pruhu bílý patriarší kříž obklopený do kruhu pěti (1, 2, 2) žlutými šesticípými hvězdami. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
