1. it is a historically significant photo of the French labor protests that occurred in March 2006;
2. the image is not of especially high resolution and is of inferior quality to the original
3. the photo is only being used to illustrate and inform readers of Wikipedia about the prescribed labor protests
4. its inclusion in 2006 youth protests in France adds significantly to the article because it shows the protests and how the event depicted was historically significant to the general public.
