Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3) This file will be placed just below the infobox. It has been reduced in size to 269x350 pixels. It represents a major departure from the first image used in the article, as the second edition of this book is a major departure from the first, yet this article covers both. Please see below for further information on this justification.

Other information This second edition is a significantly expanded and revised book with an additional author, a different subtitle, and completely different artwork. In addition, this is the current version of the book, and the only version that is still available. WP guidelines say the first edition cover art should be used, and it is used, but this is a radically different version, and both editions are covered in this article.
