Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	It would only be used in the template:infobox of the article as the screenshot of the homepage of the said website (h-pem.com).
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	I have taken permission from the project manager of the website herself. An agreement slip, signed by her may be provided upon request. Therefore, this would fall under fair use of non-free work, by consent of involved and concerned parties.
