Summary[edit]

Single cover for the "What Is Love" Maxi CD by Usher Raymond, scanned by me (PDiddy ), uploaded through the Fair Use because :

1. it is a low resolution copy of a Maxi CD cover;
2. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the Maxi CD in any way;
3. copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another CD.
