This organization ceased to exist around 1997. This particular logo comes from a picture I took of the logo that was used from 1993-1997, and am uploading it here for historical preservation purposes. Since the organization itself has not existed in more than a decade, there is no copyright holder currently existing that could base a copyright violation claim.
