Comparatively low. Even though the file is 373 x 500 px, slightly higher resolution in the image, and in particular a less compressed image with less jpeg noise, might be preferable to better allow the reader to assess Hedderwick's washes, brushstrokes and sketching style. |

To give the reader an idea of Hedderwick's style in her topographical works for adults - an appropriate thing in an article on an artist. Also to give an idea of the overall presentation of the stationery featuring her work that is mentioned in the text |

No, only by other copyright images. However, the selection of this particular image from that set of copyright works was somewhat arbitrary, and could be changed. This particular image was chosen because it shows interest at a variety of scales, and has a strong feature on the right hand side of the image, which works well on the right hand side of a page. |
