A view looking northeast from the Ohio Statehouse to the intersection of Broad and High streets with the Neil House hotel visible on the left and the American Insurance Union Citadel (later called the Leveque Tower) under construction in the center. The reverse side mentions L. (Leon) C. Roy, who was a secretary for the Ralston Steel Car company. C. 1924-1926, with LeVeque Tower under construction and the Huntington Building half-done.
