In the Collection of the British Museum from Sylhet, Sumatra, and Ceylon. Variety, f. 1 1 . With one of the branches of the central band on the underside of the posterior wing broken. The Banksian Collection, the property of the Linnean Society of London, contains the type of this species, the same to which Fabricius himself refers in his description in the ' Entomologia Systematica'  : this agrees exactly with figures 10 and 13 of the Plate.
