Fy: Oleaceae Distribution: Occasional along ravines in forests. limited to Peninsular India and SriLanka. Photographed at Eastren ghats of Nellore district.

Description:A lender shrub, 1-2mts tall, Leaves 2.5-6x1.5-3sm, obovate, acute at both ends, coriaceous. Flowers 1.5-2cm across, white fragrant in terminal corymbose cymes. Berries 5-8mm across, subglobose or ovoid black.
