Argüello, el rector del Seminario diocesano, Aurelio García y el presidente de la Diputación de Valladolid, Jesús Julio Carnero, han inaugurado la exposición conmemorativa de los 50 años de historia del actual edificio del Seminario de Valladolid, por el que han pasado miles de jóvenes de nuestra provincia que han recibido una sólida formación en valores como la solidaridad, la responsabilidad, la amistad, el respeto, la tolerancia, la lealtad, la generosidad, el estudio, el esfuerzo y el gusto por el trabajo bien hecho. La muestra, cuyo comisario es el sacerdote Enrique García Martín, está instalada en el claustro del Patio del Palacio de Pimentel y se podrá visitar hasta el próximo 5 de noviembre. Es la primera vez que el Seminario da a conocer sus fondos artísticos, con obras de Pedro de Ávila, Pedro de Sierra o Juan de Valmaseda, junto a joyas bibliográficas como el Manuscrito de Torquemada sobre la Virgen o el Nuevo Testamento de Erasmo. |
