Čeština: Vlajka obce Josefov, okres Sokolov. List tvoří tři vodorovné pruhy, žlutý, černý a červený, v poměru 3:1:1. V žerďové polovině žlutého pruhu dvě zkřížené černé uťaté medvědí tlapy s červenou zbrojí.
