I think this should fall under fair use. The only pictures of this individual available are all from one magazine article from several years ago. Despite his historical significance (well, relevant to the time and place) this is one of the only pictures one can find. With the nature of wikipedia and this image, there really shouldn't be any problem. I cannot see any trouble arising with the magazine in question ("Dani"), which presumably holds the copyright - especially if they're mentioned and linked to.
