English: Varanasi is famous for its street food one of them is Malaiyo. it is whipped curd and then the froth formed is served which melts into the mouth just like a cotton candy does. Also they put some rabdi over it which makes it tastier. Also it is served in a kulhad so automatically its taste gets enhanced.
You can find malaiyo at many places in Varanasi I GOT THIS NEAR MY UNIVERSITY. |
