Description Hawaii County Mayor Billy Kenoi speaks to reporter Brooks Baehr Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2011, at the West Hawaii Civic Center regarding the March 11 tsunami and its affects on Hawaii Island. Mayor Kenoi said there was more than $14 million in damage, most of it in Kailua-Kona and Kealakekua.
