Description
English: Award of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MOE) of Russia. Instituted on December 6, 2002 by ministerial order 570, amended on December 6, 2010 by ministerial order 620. Awarded to soldiers, officers and employees of the State Fire Service Russian MOE, army troops and civil defense officials of the Russian MOE, and in some cases to other citizens of the Russian Federation for courage and dedication while extinguishing fires, rescuing people and saving property from fire; for leadership in leading firefighting efforts and rescuing people; for courage, perseverance and high professionalism as demonstrated in order to prevent an explosion or fire.
Русский: Медаль МЧС России "За отвагу на пожаре".

Приказ МЧС РФ 6 декабря 2002 г. N 570 И Приказ МЧС РФ 6 декабря 2010 г. N 620. Медаль МЧС России "За отвагу на пожаре" является ведомственным знаком отличия МЧС России. Описание, рисунок и форма удостоверения к медали МЧС России "За отвагу на пожаре" даны в приложениях N 1-3 к настоящему Положению. Медалью МЧС России "За отвагу на пожаре" награждается наиболее отличившийся личный состав МЧС России, а в отдельных случаях - другие граждане за проявленные в условиях, сопряженных с риском для жизни, отвагу и самоотверженность: при тушении пожаров, спасении людей и имущества от огня; при успешном руководстве действиями подчиненных при выполнении задач по тушению пожаров и спасению людей;

при умелых, решительных действиях и высоком профессиональном мастерстве, способствовавших предотвращению взрыва или пожара.
Français : Décoration du Ministère des Situations d'Urgence (MSU) de Russie. Instaurée le 6 Décembre 2002 par arrêté ministériel 570, modifiée le 6 Décembre 2010 par arrêté ministériel 620. Décernée aux soldats, officiers et employés du Service Fédéral des Incendies du MSU de Russie, aux troupes de l'armée responsables de la défense civile du MSU de Russie, et dans certains cas à d'autres citoyens de la Fédération de Russie pour courage et dévouement dans la lutte contre les incendies, le sauvetage et la sauvegarde de la propriété d’autrui contre les incendies; pour du leadership dans les efforts de lutte contre les incendies et le sauvetage d’autrui, pour courage, persévérance et professionnalisme démontré afin d'éviter une explosion ou un incendie.
