Čeština: Proces čistění mysli není snadný a vyžaduje rozhodnost a každodenní usilovnou práci. Jedině na základě vlastního úsilí jsme schopni dosáhnout pokroku a realizace, nikdo jiný to za nás neudělá. Proto meditace vyhovuje pouze těm, kteří na sobě chtějí vážně pracovat a jsou ochotni dodržovat disciplínu, která je nedílnou součástí meditační praxe a slouží ku prospěchu a ochraně meditujících. |
