Fair use rationale in Mike Tyson vs. Michael Spinks[edit]

Though this image is subject to copyright, I feel its use in Wikipedia is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. It is significant to the article because it is a promotional image for the subject, Mike Tyson's 1988 fight with Michael Spinks; a notable sporting event and at the time the richest fight in history.
2. It is only being used on the Tyson vs. Spinks article
3. There is no free replacement alternative of the image.
4. It is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of inferior quality).
5. The image is only being used for informational purposes.
